Please be aware unfortunately Black Hen Antiques and Decorative do not offer refunds unless of course the item is faulty.
Black Hen Antiques and Decorative will always endeavour to send our goods as soon as your order is ready to the very best standard we can.
However, on the odd occasion that there is an issue with your order, you must let us know within 24 hours after it has been delivered. As after this period of time unfortunately we cannot be liable for any damage caused.
